Surprisingly, very tasty. Pickled baby potatoes. Sourced from the local Amish market, and using one of their old recipes. They are now a staple at my table. A really nice side dish. They're canned in a sauce made of peppers, onions, and garlic. Quite nice.
Ingredients: baby potatoes, oil, vinegar, water, onions, various sweet peppers, peppercorns, garlic, and sugar.
