A buttery camel tan leather, this pair of women's Dexter bowling shoes feature a fabulous retro boat deck shoe design and fancy gold eyelets. LOVE the retro white contrasting stitching! These ultra cool vintage shoes will improve your bowling average, no doubt; or, if not, at least, your feet will look great when you're shrugging your shoulders after that gutter ball or while running your errands around town.

These hipster shoes appear to faintly read "5 M" inside, but vintage sizing can be a bit "off" sometimes, so please go by the ACTUAL measurements of the shoe shown below and measure a shoe that you own that fits you well, along with your foot, *carefully*, to be sure they will meet your needs prior to purchase. We really want them to go to the perfect tootsies for maximum tiptoeing-through-the-tulips' pleasure!

INSIDE: Shoes measure approximately 8-1/4" long
OUTSIDE: Shoes measure approximately 9" long, by 3-1/8" wide at the widest point on the bottom, outside of the shoe

In good worn-in leather vintage condition, there are multiple stitches missing on the bottom of both shoes, but everything still seems to be holding firmly. There is dirt/grime/wear on the bottom underside of the shoes and even a small edge chip or two, but notice the "DEXTER" logo and fantastic "bowling lane" engraved into the bottom of the heel of each shoe? These "Made in U.S.A." shoes are the real deal in vintage bowling royalty, no doubt, and still have a lot of life in them. It's these small details that often make vintage so much better than buying "new."

The leather is quite soft and buttery, although it could use a good cleaning (couldn't we all?!) as there are scuffs so a good polish is also in order, but these vintage leather shoes look like they could last forever. Even the shoe laces are still in good shape, although they seem a bit dusty. The inner sole lining is a bit crunchy with age, so you may wish to add your own thin pad as a cushion for comfort, or wear a nice soft sock with them. Notice the cool boat deck shoe leather lace trim all along the ankles? Such special stylish details. Snag these shoes and watch your bowling skills skyrocket — OR — your errands practically do themselves (well, maybe — no promises, but it couldn't hurt!)!!
