The C channel support Helps prevent the wood from twisting and gives added strength for tabletops and anywhere extra support is needed. The slotted holes allow the wood to expand/move to help prevent the wood from splitting as wood settles and ages.

– Holes start 1" from the edge and are spaced out 4" apart with holes Centered in the middle of the channel. All holes Are on center OC.
