PLEASE NOTE: Swatch colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Wooden sticks are a natural product so there may be some slight differences from fan to fan.

HOW TO ORDER:
Choose your quantity and ribbon colour, add them to your basket and checkout. I will then contact you via ETSY MESSAGES to request all the information I need to complete your order.

A draft design will be sent, this needs to be checked and proof read carefully, you can then approve the draft or request edits.

If edits are requested a second proof will be sent.

Once approved your stationary will be printed, packed and dispatched.

The Cardstock
I use the same cardstock for all of my prints, cards and stationary. It is slightly textured (linen embossed) for a classic and elegant finish. Extra White Linen – 250gsm. (This is a medium-heavy weight card).

The Packaging & Delivery
Once printed, your stationary is wrapped in tissue paper and placed into a bubbled lined box for protection. I send all wedding stationary via Royal Mail Signed For to ensure it reaches you safely and quickly. This is a trackable service.

Unpersonalised Samples
A sample will be sent out in a hardbacked envelope via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately I cannot offer returns and refunds on personalised wedding stationary. All orders are printed by myself and quality checked before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
