What to do when our sachets arrive?
– Open your package and if the sachet is soft and malleable gently place your sachet in the freezer for 15 minutes before unwrapping.
– If the sachet is melted, don’t worry. Once it’s cooled, it will be a bit misshapen but it can still be used the same way.

DO NOT leave in direct heat or sunlight.
