Vintage Turnabout Double two Face Cookie Jar, Boy Girl, Bears, 1940s, Shawnee pottery – Ceramic – cold painted

For sale is this very early Shawnee Pottery Ceramic boy and girl Bears Double faced Turnabout cookie Jar. Jar shows paint loss as expected and some faint hairlines near the rim.
Measures approx. 12-1/2 Tall X 6" deep and wide.

Often problems can be resolved without going thru the policies outlined below. Exchanges are available, repairs can be accomplished, replacement items of equal value can be sought. Our goal is to make you happy with your experience and purchase. We have been in the antique business for over 25 years! We know how to list and describe items condition, we take plenty of pictures and videos and package items to arrive safely. Please read the description and review all photos carefully, make sure you expand each picture for closer inspection by clicking on each one. Most problems can be avoided by taking these steps.

SHIPPING COSTS: Costs are calculated based on preliminary weight and box size estimate. We cannot see what the costs are but if you think costs are prohibitive to your purchase please email. Often we can offer alternatives to USPS like Fedex or UPS to save costs. For more expensive items $100 or more, we are willing to package items for an actual shipping cost.

DAMAGED ITEMS: All items we sell include insurance and costs are included in your shipping price. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged we will do our best to satisfy the sale. The Insurance claims process is difficult by design and will involve your participation. Do not throw packaging away. Take pictures of the package before you open it, pictures must show condition of box and areas of damage. Take pictures while you unbox the item and show all relevant damages. Insurance company will need you to sign and email an affidavit. The process takes at least two weeks so please be patient.

RETURN OF ITEMS: All items damaged must be returned prior to refund of your purchase. You are responsible for sending pictures of the damages, properly packaging the item so it is returned in the condition it was delivered, paying for the cost of return shipping including confirmation of delivery.

MISSING ITEMS: Please email us as soon as the missing parts are discovered. We will honor these types of claims but we insist that you contact us within 7 DAYS OF CONFIRMED DELIVERY. Emails after this time period will not be honored.
