Fun and frothy layered tiered black petticoat for your fun looks and your sexy looks too if you so choose. Perfect condition. Label reads BELLE PAGUE. There isn't a size tag but I believe this is most like a M. The waist extends to about 32" and the length is 25".
Waist is fabric covered.
Petticoat is NOT stiff or scratchy. Top layer has a sheer mesh overlayer and the layer underneath has a mesh overlayer along the bottom section.
Black polyester material isn't stiff or heavy or 'swishy'.
I would seriously consider making this the skirt of a fancy outfit. Add a black sequined top or a black mesh corset. Or maybe add a wide black belt and a 'proper' white blouse with a lace jabot.
Just fun.
