My vintage items are sold as is. I do my best to state any flaws, such as scratches, chips, cracks or any breaks and/or smells. When you buy from my shop, you are buying from a smoke free and pet friendly home. I do not wash some of my vintage clothing due to the material but I will state in my listing if it has not been washed.
I do not accept any returns. I list measurements on every single item. So please use the measurements as a guide when buying from my shop!
I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once I ship the item and tracking has been provided, it is out of my hands. If your item gets lost or stolen, please file a claim through USPS. If your item is arriving late, you can sign up for tracking text alerts and that sometimes helps an item to be moved along faster.
The shipping price does include the price to ship and materials. I do offer a refund on shipping if the overage is more than $10.
If an item is a gift, I do have a gift wrap option available. If you do choose the gift wrap option, unless specified, I will do neutral wrapping with added twine. If it is a gift and you do not choose the gift wrap option, please let me know so that I can still add a little bit of extra love to the package.
I do my best to wrap each item carefully so no damage happens. If an item does arrive broken, please message me with pictures of the item and box so I can refund you.
