Vintage Hoop Skirt, Hoops! My Dear

This vintage hoop skirt could give you that extra fluff your looking for! Made by Hoops! My dear is is a white cotton skirt with 6 layers. The hoops are long metal slats thast slide into and out of the skirt. The tag calls this a size 11/12 but that's definitely old school sizing as the waist is only about 24-25 inches with a button back. It is floor length.

Please examine the photos for exact size and condition. This piece is priced lower because it has some age related condition issues: there are at least two small tears in the fabric that are in the photos. Also, the pieces that hold the hoops out were manufactured with a plastic coating. The plastic coating has become brittle and is cracked and missing in spots which make the skirt a little more difficult to assemble. When I put it together, there were two slats leftover so I am not sure if it has extras for if I did it incorrectly. If you have any additional questions, please send me a message.
