Nice old enamel ware campfire coffee pot, in a farmhouse or primitive look, cobalt blue complexion spattered with tiny white dots. The lid has been held into place with a piece of twine, which is somehow perfect for this piece.
It's nice and roomy, holding a little over 8 cups (2 quarts), and is in very good vintage condition– some assorted little nicks, scratches, and little dimples in the surface, and some small bare patches here and there, typical for the material. This is most notable around the top rim and on the lid; see photos for enlargement of detail. The color is gorgeous, and surfaces are very clean, bright and shiny both inside and out.
Measures approximately 9" tall including the lid, and about 6 1/4" in diameter measured at the bottom base.
