Vintage Ceramic Rice Canister & Lid w/ Stencil Design – Countertop Kitchen Food Storage Jar – German Cottage Decor / Roses / Black Red Teal

Such a sweet rice canister made in Germany for export. This little lovely features a stencil design of roses, leaves, dots in deep shades of red, teal green blue and black with the word Rice stenciled in black on ivory (off-white) ceramic. The design is on one side. Use as intended or to store goods on your vanity, craft supplies, or use as a pretty planter pot/flower pot in your cozy cottage.

Condition:
*The canister and lid are both heavily crazed throughout which gives this piece a great look. Some of the crazing has browned so you will see some brown staining
* No cracks noted. A few small glaze chips noted ( a layer of glazed nicked off of ceramic). And some minor wear on lid
*Stamp Marked Made in Germany , H in a circle and Dc. 102. There is scuffing on bottom.

Overall a wonderful piece to add some sweetness to your decor.
