Vintage Brass Fireplace Wood/Coal Tender “Golden Hind”

Description

This is an vintage solid brass 16” fireplace wood/coal tender. The motif at the top is the schooner/tall ship “Golden Hind”. It has a brass circle above the ship for hanging purposes. Complete with claw handles for grabbing the smaller pieces of wood or coal, it has a brass closure (pictured). Very unique and interesting piece of history. Needs polishing!
