This solid brass vintage fireplace tool set is spectacular! The tops of the tools and the top of the stand have a beautiful thistle design. the set is small, so it does not take up a lot of space. There is one tool missing (the shovel) but the set is still amazing. What if I put the wrong address at checkout?
Message us immediately so we can cancel the order and re-list the item. Proceed thru Shoppy check-out again and edit the address. If we have already shipped the order, we are unable to redirect a box in transit with a shipper. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the additional shipping incurred and return fee to secure the box when it is returned to us.

What if the box is lost, stolen or missing?
The Shoppy shipping confirmation email contains the package tracking number. The buyer is responsible for tracking the package and securing possession. We do not issue refunds if a package is marked as delivered by USPS.

What if the box is returned to sender/shop owner?
First option: If the buyer wants the item, the buyer will go through Shoppy check-out to purchase shipping. The cost of the listing will be $5usd (return fee we have to pay our mail provider) plus the cost of the re-direct shipping back to buyer. Second option: The buyer can cancel and request a refund once we receive the item back in the same condition it was sent, we will refund the buyer minus $5usd return fee and minus the cost of the original shipping.
