VEGAN! Salted Caramel Pecan (approx 16oz/7 pieces)

An innovative take on the traditional Italian Biscotti!
I've taken Biscotti from their traditional mainstays and given them an innovative reboot, full of delicious toppings and delectable flavor combinations. Every cookie is painstakingly made from scratch, cooked, cut, and topped by yours truly. I'm a former chef that found my passion in my own kitchen, baking items that truly meant something, both in my heritage and in my sweet tooth. I truly hope that these crunchy cookies can bring you as much joy in eating them as they do for me baking them. And don't worry if you're not a coffee drinker, my interesting flavors work in a variety of drinks, including a cold glass of oat milk (my favorite). Enjoy!

About this flavor:

Spiced cookie base crammed with toasted pecans then topped with even more pecan bits, all drizzled in a caramel kissed icing flecked with kosher salt.

A note on Allergies:

Although some of my products are made without the addition of nuts, I cannot guarantee that the product is completely safe for those with SEVERE allergies (mild should be OK). All equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized, but everything is produced in a small facility. I also use a variety of nuts in my other products and tend to use add-ons that may have been manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts. See ingredient list for other allergen concerns.

This is a small, one person production, therefore, to ensure quality, the product will be shipped 2 – 5 days after order is received to allow for the meticulous effort that goes into the manufacturing of your product. A note on Shipping:

Boxes are packed with the utmost care to ensure they arrive unharmed, though the seller is not responsible for any mishandling that may occur during shipping. Small breakages and a bit of chocolate melting can be expected (especially in the warmer months). Any little broken bits can still be enjoyed with the addition of a bowl, a little milk, and a spoon
