Bulbs varieties are individually labeled.
Romanian Red has one of the highest percentages of allicin of any type of garlic, a key component in garlic’s health benefits. Rich robust flavor that is strong. Tor he heat and fiery flavor compliments Asian and Mexican dishes.
German Extra Hardy flavor is very strong and robust and sticks around for a long time. This porcelain isn't too hot, having a strong and robust and sometimes described as a "sweet" flavor.
Music garlic is one of the best known and most sought after garlics. Music coats your mouth with rich full garlic flavor without a hot, peppery finish.
Chesnok Red is one of the best cooking garlics around and retains its flavor when cooked. Very flavorful. It is an exceptional garlic from the Republic of Georgia in the former USSR. The bulb is a very lovely shade of red that presents well.
Chemical free grown on my small farm in Oregon.
Garlic is easy to grow in Containers, Raised Gardens, Patio Gardens, Balcony Gardens, Backyard Gardens, Rooftop Gardens. Each garlic clove when planted will produce a garlic head made up of several cloves. Plant in the Fall and Harvest mid Summer.
