This listing is for one USED printer head for Glowforge Basic, Plus, or Pro. Head is complete with the lens, window and mirror. It has been tested and is in great working condition.
Core Charge: We will refund $75 if you send us back your broken head. We will provide a return shipping label. (We will subtract $50 if your core is missing a lens, $35 for a missing mirror, and $20 for a missing window. If other pieces are missing please let us know before returning.)
**Parts are not returnable after they've been installed in a machine.
