These five smiley women are all well-dressed and accessorized, and each is holding a small bouquet of flowers. The two ladies at the left are holding open parasols, while the two women at the right have closed umbrellas in front of them.
No photographer information is shown.
The tintype measures approximately 2-3/8” wide by 3-1/2” tall. The image is in fair to good condition, with scratching (including a mark on the face of the woman at the right and a deep scratch at the upper left corner). The plate is only in fair condition, with rust forming on the reverse and rippling/bending. The tintype came housed in a paper sleeve that is also in fair condition, with soiling and wear to the edges and corners.
