Superb Strawberry Biscotti

As you can see, I only use the largest, ripest and naturally sweetest strawberries for this work of art. You will find large chunks of fresh strawberries all through as well as hand mashed and deseeded combined with the biscotti dough. Each piece is 6" long and 1" thick. For all the strawberry lovers out there, you will not be disappointed! Sold by half or full dozens only.

Ingredients: AP flour, strawberries, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Wrapped individually in a cellophane bag and placed in a presentable decorative box.
I do NOT use any of the following:

• Hydrogenated Oils
• GMOs
• Artificial Flavors

PROCESSING TIME:

SHELF LIFE-STORAGE
Store biscotti in an airtight container, presentable dish or decorative box, included, in a cool and dry place away from any source of heat. Shelf life (for best results) is up to 2 weeks.
