Materials: candied grapefruit peel, ginger oil, grapefruit juice, grapefruit oil, heavy cream, organic cocoa powder, ruby chocolate
The center of these hand rolled truffles is a ruby chocolate ganache made with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and grapefruit and ginger oils. They are rolled in organic cocoa powder and individually dipped in ruby chocolate and garnished with candied grapefruit peel.

Because I create every confection by hand and do work out of a commissary kitchen I must keep to an organized schedule when completing orders. With this I only ship on Mondays to do my best to make sure that orders arrive before the weekend. So any order that would be scheduled to ship Thursday through Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.
For example: if an order is placed Tuesday the 7th, it would be shipped out on Monday the 20th.
If a rush is required (because I know that these types of products are usually purchased for special occasions) please do not hesitate to let me know. I want to make sure that these are a special gift–not a mass produced afterthought.
