The heart measures approximately 3.3cm wide by 3cm long. They are mounted on a card measuring 9.2cm by 9.2 cm, so is easily portable and letter box friendly so you can send this hug directly to the recipient in need of a hug!

International shipping can take up to a month. This is out of my hands, unfortunately. Although I endeavour to process orders quickly, I can't control how long it will take to reach you once I've posted it and bear in mind that sometimes parcels may get caught up in customs. Please also remember to check any customs fee you may need pay as I am not liable for those 🙂

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel the order up to 14 days after the date the item was delivered to you. It is your responsibility to make sure the goods are sent back within 14 days of informing me of your decision to cancel.

If you change your mind about the product, you can return the item back to me for a refund within 14 days after you received the item, but you are responsible for the shipping cost to return it.

If the product is faulty, I will also reimburse the shipping cost for returning it back to me. However, please message me first before returning. I will be more than happy to help 🙂 Photo evidence may be requested. The product must be returned first before any refund is issued.
