Offered is this vintage white cotton blouse/slip combo made by Best & Co. The blouse section features a nice pastel embroidered band across the bodice. The back closes with 4 pearl buttons. The collar, cuffs and ruffled hem have been trimmed with lace. The shoulders have strap "guides". Possibly in a size 9 – 12 months size, please see measurements below and vintage size chart.
