-You MUST be willing to work with Shipsurance on building a case to receive a refund. Photo evidence may be required.
-Shipping delays and issue caused by inaccurate address are not covered!
-Insurance is purchased through shoppy shipping (Shipsurance) on your behalf and all refunds are at Shipsurance discretion.
-This fee cannot be refunded for any reason.
-CANNOT APPLY TO MADE-TO-ORDER APPAREL (they are shipped by a 3rd party).
-Only applies to purchase from this shop (IDPollution) purchased in the same transaction.
-Not a physical item, this is an optional add-on for insurance coverage only.
Insurance is highly recommended, unfortunately I am a small business run by a single artist and without purchasing insurance I will not be able to issue any refunds for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
When the holiday rush comes upon us and USPS First Class packages get lost/damaged more frequently this is especially helpful. International packages spend longer in transit over a long distance and are more likely to see issues, I especially recommend insurance for all international orders!
Please Note: I will do everything in my power to help in the event a claim needs to be filed, however, I am not the insurance provider: your insurance payment goes to Shipsurance. I have had great luck with them in the past in the event of any issues but if Shipsurance denies the claim for any reason I am not responsible for refunding/replacement out of my own pocket.
