Greeting cards are quality printed and ready to ship when you place an order, so we unfortunately cannot customize individual cards. I can, however, write a custom message inside and send it directly to your recipient, please note that request at checkout.

If you would like a design adjustment or a different inside greeting than what is stated, please request a custom order. A minimum order of 10 greeting cards must be placed.

Greeting cards are not offered as digital downloads to protect from copyright violations.

SHIPPING INFO:

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days in a cardboard mailer for protection.

Please choose from the 3 options in the drop down menu:
• NO TRACKING – shipped as USPS First Class Mail Flats (similar to how a letter is sent) and takes 2-5 business days. This option does not include tracking.
• ADD TRACKING – shipped as USPS First Class Mail Package and takes 2-5 business days. This includes tracking info and will be sent as soon as it ships.
• NEED ASAP – shipped as USPS Priority Mail and takes 1-3 business days. This includes tracking info and will be sent as soon as it ships.

If you would like tracking or need it quickly, please upgrade your order accordingly. Once the order has shipped, it’s solely in the hands of USPS. Shipping times are not guaranteed.

If shipping out of the USA, please choose “No Tracking” from the drop down menu and the correct International Shipping option at checkout.

WHERE’S MY ORDER?

For orders not received within 10 days:

Firstly, I am so sorry if you have not received your order! I will do everything I can to resolve this. I want my products in your hands!

Please contact me directly through Shoppy messages before leaving a negative review or opening a case. I want to resolve this just as much as you! I hope to give every customer a great experience with my shop.

I try to offer my products at the lowest price possible. With that, the cheapest shipping option does NOT include tracking. Since 2020 I have noticed a large increase in delayed and lost packages through USPS. It’s beyond my control if a package is lost, but that doesn’t mean I can’t or won’t help you out.

If your order was shipped with the No Tracking option chosen, I will not be able to track this down if it’s lost in the mail.

I will happily offer a free replacement, but I ask that you pay a $3.50 fee to help cover the reshipment which upgrades it to include tracking. If you prefer not to pay this fee, I will cancel and refund your original order instead of sending a replacement.
