Aces is not responsible for a package once it transfers to Post Office. The Post Office “Carrier” is responsible to deliver, handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from Aces, nor given a replacement if the Post Office “Carrier” shows the item as delivered or loses the package UNLESS you purchase the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact Aces with the correct address to be shipped back to you with the shipping choices of First Class, Priority or Express Mail.
