I've always been a fan of experimenting, so I've constantly got something brewing in the lab. An innovative take on the traditional Italian Biscotti!
I've taken Biscotti from their traditional mainstays and given them an innovative reboot, full of delicious toppings and delectable flavor combinations. Every cookie is painstakingly made from scratch, cooked, cut, and topped by yours truly. I'm an ex-chef that found my passion in my own kitchen, baking items that truly meant something, both in my heritage and in my very sweet tooth. I'm hoping that these crunchy cookies can bring you as much joy in eating them as they do for me baking them. And don't worry if you're not a coffee drinker, my interesting flavors work in a variety of drinks, including a cold glass of oat milk (my favorite). Enjoy!

A note on Allergies:
Although some of my products are made without the addition of nuts, I cannot guarantee that the product is completely safe for those with severe allergies seeing as I use a variety of nuts in my other products and also use add ons that may have been processed in a facility that uses tree nuts as well. See ingredient list for other allergen concerns.

This is a small, one person production, therefore, to ensure quality, the product will be shipped 3 – 7 days after order is received to allow for the meticulous effort that goes into the manufacturing of your product. Any orders placed from Sat. to Mon. will be addressed the following Tues. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
A note on Shipping:
Boxes are packed with the utmost care to ensure they arrive unharmed, though the seller is not responsible for any mishandling that may occur during shipping. Small breakages and a bit of chocolate melting can be expected (especially in the warmer months). Any little broken bits can still be enjoyed with the addition of a bowl, a little milk, and a spoon 😉
