RETURN POLICY
If you receive the plants in not good condition like melted or dead, take 2 or 3 pictures in their unopened sealed bag and contact us within 4 hours of the arrival of the package. We will get back to you after we've successfully examined the picture. If the plant is dead/melted/damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement or refund you if the item is no longer in stock.
After contacting us, and after we give you the green light to return an item, you can do so by shipping the item to the address we will then provide to you.
Do NOT send any items without contacting us first.
SHIPPING
Shipped via USPS First Class Package 2-3 days – All our plants are packed in heat-sealed durable plastic bags.
Our Shipping days for Plants are Monday through Tuesday – orders placed on Wednesday after 11 a.m. (CST) will be shipped next Monday. This is done to avoid your plants getting stuck at a USPS facility over the weekend.
