I always provide tracking information so buyers can follow their package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to watch the tracking page. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt was made, the buyer can see it on the tracking page and collect the package at a pick up location or (in some countries) reschedule delivery. I am not responsible for packages being sent back to me because they are not picked up in time. If a package comes back to me, I can send it again, but there will be new shipping costs involved. Condition is of great importance to me. I only buy and sell vintage items that are in exceptional condition for their age. But please keep in mind that these items are on average between 40 and 60 years old, so they are not new products. They can have some age related traces of normal use.Vintage mechanical clocks are, by their nature, less accurate than modern quartz clocks. The can also make a ticking sound.
