Revere Ware Teflon Solid Aluminum Square Stovetop Griddle 1963> Double Handled RARE 8300 Line

The Revere Ware 8300 was a line of Teflon-coated cookware introduced in 1963. It was the first aluminum cookware line to carry the Revere name. Known internally as the 8200 line, it had plain aluminum bodies, polished lids, and the original Teflon® lining that required the use of plastic or wooden Utensils. The Teflon coating on these pans was considered to be high quality for the time. The 8300 line is no longer in production.

This Teflon coated griddle will need to be hand-washed. The aluminum is very thick compared to today's aluminum cookware. The thickness of the aluminum accounts for the durability & even heat distribution of this stovetop griddle. See the photos for the condition of the coating of this Vintage Revere Ware Square Griddle. This may have been a Special Order item only available from 1956-62 which preceded the 8300 line. Special order or 8300 piece, this is a very rare gridle from Revere Ware.

Just under 1" high and 13 1/2" diagonally. It is also 13 1/2" from handle to handle.
