If you have purchased our spring honey in the past, this year is a bit different in taste as our black locust did not bloom this year, but it still is super tasty!

* Raw Unfiltered Honey is described “as it exists in the beehive”. It is made by extracting honey from the honeycombs in the hives and sifting over strainer(s) with various micron filters that separate the honey from any beeswax, pollen, propolis and dead bees. Smaller particles of these properties may slip through the bottling process. This may include air bubbles caused by the extraction process.

Raw honey may granulize and thicken. We recommend placing your jar in warm water. Although a microwave can be used, heating raw honey may result in destroying the benefits of raw honey.

Please do not feed infants under the age of one raw honey.
