★ Handcrafted raw moonstone necklace spotted with black tourmaline inclusions! Each raw gemstone is hand cut into a faceted teardrop shape and wire wrapped by hand as well. Chains are available in your choice of length: 18", 20", or 24". You may also choose your chain finish: Real .925 Sterling Silver or Silver plated, Real 14K Gold filled or Gold plated, or Real 14K Rose gold filled or Rose gold plated. I highly recommend the real 14K Gold filled and the real Sterling Silver chains are they are tarnish resistant & hypoallergenic! Finally, you may choose your chain style. All chains are shown in the 3rd photo. Each pendant measures approximately 14mm wide x 22mm long and comes in a custom gift pouch, ready to gift or keep!

SPOTTED MOONSTONE: Moonstone is a naturally occurring semi precious gemstone which looks clear to white from some angles, and then from other angles, has an iridescent blue / rainbow sheen running thru it, also known as a "flash"! This iridescent sheen is caused by the diffraction of light off of micro-fractures within its many feldspar layers. Moonstone has been used in jewelry dating back to ancient civilizations. The Romans believed moonstone was actually crystalized rays of the moon! Many cultures have believed that moonstone harnesses the energy of the moon and passes that energy onto its wearer, bringing harmony, balance, and calm. This particular moonstone is spotted with black tourmaline inclusions which give the stones tons of contrast & character!

Moonstone has many naturally occurring micro-fractures and cracks that run through the stone. This is normal and what causes it's brilliant iridescence! These particular stones also have black tourmaline mineral inclusions as well. Small rough patches are naturally occurring parts of the stone.

Please note that we go to great lengths to ensure that all of these stones have nice iridescent flash to them. We know that ALL of our customers want the flashiest moonstone! Due to high demand, we can no longer take requests for "the most colorful flash". We do our best to make sure all the stones have lovely flash. We also cannot take requests for the exact placement of the black tourmaline. The black tourmaline is a natural mineral inclusion and we cannot control where on the stone the black tourmaline occurs.
