Here is a stunning pitcher and tumbler set made by Dunbar Flint Glass Company of West Virginia. This is documented as the #5073 Water Set. This beautiful vaseline green set has a very Art Deco geometric design with its stacked panels of thin blown glass. The pitcher is rather light for its size and has an attached handle and hand pulled spout. The flat short tumblers have the same design and are also very thin blown glass. Amazingly these are in excellent condition. With no chips. I find no issues with the pitcher which is document as #1138*
Produced in 1931 it’s amazing they have survived. Normal wear random air bubbles can be expected with hand blown glass produced from this time period.
The reaction to UV light is wonderful as you can see in the pictures.
Measurements
Pitcher: 7 1/2” tall x 5 1/2” diameter not including handle
Tumblers: 4 3/8” tall x 3” diameter
*as documented from The Museum of American Glass in West Virginia, 1931 catalog, pg. 3 (WVMAG Monograph NO. 61)
