This mitt has a quilted patchwork design on one side and a complimenting design on the reverse. It is quilted with an insul-brite and fleece and is lined in a sweatshirt fleece. Easy slip on design. Large enough for most hands. Opening measures 5 inches wide.

*A QUICK NOTE- Many of you wonder if these will protect your hands from extreme heat. I wouldn't recommend using them for those very hot dishes. What do I make these for then, you ask? While our family has specialty mitts for extreme heat, our most used mitts are these. We use them for warm pot handles while cooking, taking cookies out of the oven. Quick transport from oven to counter, holding warm dishes from kitchen to table, turning cake pans in the oven, holding a pizza pan still while cutting it into slices, etc. We have an ancient stove and even use these to open the oven since the handle gets hot.
