Plug Socket Cover – Designed with elderly, dementia, Alzheimer's in mind.

This simple double plug socket cover will prevent someone accidentally flipping the switch or unplugging a device. Made from eco friendly, light weight, non toxic plastic also know as PLA. Single shipping cost for multibuy.

We made this for our own elderly parents, as my mother has dementia and has been seen going around the house flipping switches and unplugging devices. We spotted her turning off the freezer just in time! This was perfect to ensure devices are kept plugged in and switched on.

The cover is fixed to the base plate by two connectors on each side. The cover can be easily removed by lifting upwards. However to prevent easy access by my elderly parents, we added 4 plugs that are inserted into the sides. These are optional but once inserted prevent removal. This is one step away from having the plug sockets under lock and key!

The plugs are supplied with the kit, but it is optional whether you feel you need them inserted or not.

If not for elderly parents, it can also be helpful with families to stop children from accidentally switching off critical devices in the home.
