Pet-Pilot® Support Arm Kit (Support Arm + Spacer Tube)

This KIT includes an enhanced support arm (with a thicker steel back plate) and a "spacer tube" which was introduced in October of 2019. The Spacer Tube is designed to extend the support arm of the Pet-Pilot mount by one inch. Some newer style bikes have a deeper (angled) handlebar stem (see image above) requiring a longer support arm to keep the basket level and off the front tire (or fender).

If your Pet Pilot Basket was purchased prior to October, 2019 you may need this KIT if you purchase a new Bicycle with a handlebar stem similar to the images shown above. The spacer tube and enhanced support arm are now standard for all Pet Pilot basket models.
