Paye and Baker Sterling Silver Tea Strainer Infuser Spoon with Hinged Compartment-Vintage 1900-20-22.5 grams-Antique

This listing is for a beautiful sterling silver tea strainer infuser spoon with a hinged compartment to hold loose leaf tea marked on the back of the handle "Paye & Baker Sterling" with an old style hallmark. This beautiful plain handle piece was probably made between 1900 – 1920 …..it has an Art Deco style to it. Condition is very good….no dents, handle is straight, and scratching is only light and normal. The hinge works fine and so does the latch on the compartment. I have polished this piece to be sure of the condition and it polished up beautifully and is now ready to use again. It measures almost 5 3/4" long and weighs 22.5 grams or .72 ozt. and is nice and sturdy. This is a beautiful tea strainer infuser spoon that would be great to use again or perfect to add to any collection.
