This beautiful PE (synthetic resin-feels like vinyl) decorative tape by Pavilio and made in Japan. It features a textural embroidery design called " Stich Jolly" and is repositionable like washi tape but needs to be cut by hand. There are die cut accents near the top and bottom of the tape, and it measures 15mm by 10m (.59"wide" wide and 32.80ft feet long) it comes in lovely presentation wrapping and would make a wonderful gift.
