I found this antler on a walk in nearby wilderness area. It's amazing to me that bucks are able to grow these every year. I love the contrast between the organic, free-flowing form of the antler and the rigid square brick that it rests upon. This square painting has a very modern feel.

This still life painting is executed using the finest artist quality oil paints, and if taken care of, will last forever. It’s painted on a triple gessoed hard board surface and cones with command strips for damage free hanging. It would look great hung directly on the wall or in a simple black or gold frame. It would also look amazing standing on a mantle place of a book shelf.
