Old copper brass scuttle fireplace coal scuttle with high relief design on it/ signed/umbrella storage

Description

This old brass and copper scuttle is in real nice condition. Aprox 20” in hgt. Would be great at entry door for placing umbrella in, or for actual use as a scuttle. The scene on it does have a signed area but I’m not able to figure out some of the letters in signature. See photos for measurements also
