Instructions
1. Wash the new mold under running water and regular detergent.
2. Dry in the oven (temperature 70 degrees Celsius, 20 minutes).
3. Using a brush, carefully coat the inner surface of the mold with a thin, even layer of oil or fat.
4. In a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius, place the molds upside down on a wire rack and place a baking sheet below so that excess oil drips off and does not accumulate in the corners.
5. Heat the mold until the sticky layer completely disappears (at least 20 minutes). In this case, a yellow coating (thin oil film) is formed on the aluminum surface, which will subsequently serve as a non-stick coating.
6. Let the mold cool and grease it again, but this time with butter. Place the dough and bake the desired bread.
7. After preparing the bread, wash the pan in warm water without using detergents so as not to disturb the non-stick layer.
