NEW BATCH!! My STRAWBERRY FIG JAM is made with our homegrown figs picked when perfectly ripe and sweet, so I can use less sugar. Each batch is made with 50% less sugar than ordinary jelly for just the right amount of sweetness. The figs grow in my garden, where I pick them daily, and sometimes twice daily, when in season.
After making and sharing this jam with family and friends for years, I'm thrilled to now share with you. I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients: figs, sugar, strawberry gelatin.
