painting of my favorite day on a recent trip to Alaska. this is Chilkat River Valley in Spring glory, awaiting the first salmon run of the year. enjoy the white clouds exploding in the blue skies hovering over the snow capped mountains that fed the valley that burst into deep greens, bright chartreuse and reflections of it all in the sparkling waters! Really! Nature at her best. Please protect from direct sun.
