Mid-century modern, 1960s, Corning, Atomic Starburst Coffee Carafe, 6 cup, heat-proof glass

I go giddy when I see mid-century modern atomic starburst patterns, and I get even more giddy when it is on a Corning Heat-Proof Glass 6 Cup coffee carafe from the 1960's! This is beautiful! It is very good condition, with no chips, cracks, or breaks, and most of the starburst graphics are in really good condition. There is only one starburst that seems to be missing more of the gold trim. The handle and collar are great, with no significant discolorations or rust. The bottom has minimal scratches. Overall, for a piece from the 1960's this piece is really in great condition, relative to age. It is about 8.5 inches tall, and about 7 inches wide (including handle width). For all my fellow MCM peeps, this one is out-of-this world atomic starburst fun!
