FULFILMENT
We aim to fulfil your product from the nearest location possible to their end destination. If you are shipping to the USA, the chances are that we fulfil either in Charlotte or Los Angeles. When shipping to the EU or the UK we will most likely fulfil with Latvia or Spain. This way we get to take care of you, and the planet we all share. It's a joint responsibility that we all must share.

For UK customers, please note, Customs Duty might be levied where the total order price exceeds the maximum permitted amount. A single order purchase will usually be okay, but please check on the HMRC website if you wish to order multiple items. REPORTING A PROBLEM
As a small business, all our products are made to order, so we are keen that you are completely happy with the size and look of your products before purchasing them. However we will of course accept returns for up to 2 weeks from you receiving your order. In this case, please contact us initially via Shoppy and include a detailed description of the problem with your order number. In the case of misprinted/damaged/defective items please include relevant photos in order to arrange an exchange. We may require a photo submission with your problem report to begin a reshipment.
