The manual dough sheeter is designed for rolling any dough (prosphora, pasties, dumplings, khinkali, pizza, as well as the further production of lasagna and Italian pasta) with a thickness of 0-30 mm by mechanically rolling it between rolls.
Two handles: on the left – rotation of the shafts (both shafts rotate simultaneously),
on the right – stepped adjustment of the shafts spread (fixing the gap provides quick and accurate adjustment of the dough rolls). Made entirely of stainless steel.
The set includes 2 clamps for secure fixation of the dough roller to the table.
