Shipping:
90% of items can't be combined as they are prepacked and ready for quick shipping, some items are located in CO some in KS so, if buying more than one item you may have two or more tracking numbers
We do tend to over wrap breakables especially delicate porcelain therefore, shipping price usually reflects this as we do not "skimp" on securing your items so, that they arrive safely to your door. If any items are broken in transit please forward us photos of the pkg / packing materials and the item(s) we'll need these to approve refund/Insurance and will send a return label, return as sent with it's original packing materials (these are a MUST for our insurance). We do NOT do partial refunds to avoid fraud issues. Fraud is always reported.
We Charge actual shipping for 99% of items and sometimes within a couple dollars or so, if we have to guess'ta-mate what shipping will be. It varies on destination, but we do our best to be on point!
