All of our moss is sustainably hand-picked from the wild on our own remote property in the mountains of Vermont, far far away from pollutants or chemicals of any kind and naturally organic 🙂

*Some forest debris is to be expected attached to some of the moss/lichens. The occasional insect can escape my inspection from time to time, this is the nature of healthy wild moss collected from healthy wild locations, so please just be aware of that being a possibility when unpacking your mosses/lichens and installing them into your projects.

Use these mosses in terrariums, vivariums, landscaping, fairy gardens, and garden-scaping, or you may choose to air dry it for craft use or fairy house construction and more.

Wild mosses and lichens are quite hardy and adaptable to transport, relocation, and transplant. They have a higher survival rate compared to propagated specimens so an excellent choice for landscaping, terrariums, and vivariums. However, please be aware of the applications of wild vs propagated.
