LITTLE CROWN Chaplet, Light Sky Blue Jade Gemstone Beads, w/Instructions, Crown of the Little Blessed Virgin Mary Chaplet, Little Crown

This Little Crown Chaplet, or Little Crown of the Blessed Virgin Mary, was hand crafted using silver tone components. The main beads are 8mm round dyed light sky blue jade gemstone beads, and the single beads are 8mm white jade gemstone beads with endcaps. The center with the Blessed Virgin Mary is 5/8" tall. The pendant depicts the Holy Spirit and is 7/8" tall. The chaplet is approximately 8 1/8" long. The chaplet comes with instructions.

The Little Crown of the Blessed Virgin Mary Chaplet honors the 12 stars on the crown of the Blessed Virgin Mary as cited in Revelation 12:1, "And a great sign appeared in heaven: A woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars." (Douay-Rheims 1988 American Edition Version). St. Louis de Montfort recommended praying this as a morning devotion.

This version of the Little Crown of the Blessed Virgin Mary, was composed by St. Louis de Montfort. He modified the Little Crown by adding to each Hail Mary a praise of Mary, and he added a preface at the beginning with an invocation to the Holy Spirit because the Blessed Virgin Mary is the spouse of the Holy Spirit.
