The PDF Pattern Letterman Varsity Baseball Jacket consists of 18 pages. It is a step by step and row by row description without abbreviations but with lots of photos and tips!
Sizing: The pattern contains instructions for nine sizes: 3-6 months, 6-9 months, 9-12 months, 12-24 months, 2-4 years, 4-6 years, 6-8 years, 8-10 years and 10-12 years.
You can knit this jacket on two straight needles.
What you will need:
• Knitting pattern Letterman Varsity Baseball Jacket in 9 sizes – Instant PDF Digital Download
• 5-10 balls Katia Basic Merino OR a substitute yarn.
Ball Weight: 50 g (1.76 oz), Yarn Weight: DK (8 ply, light), Yarn Length: 120 meters (131 yards). Gauge: 22 stitches and 29 rows = 10×10 cm (roughly 4 x 4 inches). Number of balls per size: see pattern.
• Flat shank buttons, 7 buttons with a diameter of 18 mm (0.71 inch) for sizes 6M, 9M, 12M and 24M and 7 buttons with a diameter of 20 mm (0.79 inch) for sizes 2-4Y, 4 -6Y, 6-8Y, 8-10Y and 10-12Y
• Two 3½ or 4 mm knitting needles (US size 6 – UK size 8) and two 3 mm needles (US size 2.5 – UK size 11) 3½ or 4 mm for the back, the fronts and the sleeves. The 3mm needles for the collar.
• 3 mm crochet hook without a handle (size D3 US – 10 UK)
• Sewing needle
