You will receive:

1 GRADUATION BOW with adjustable tab.

HOW TO USE: Attach bow to your letterboard with the attached adjustable tab. Place the tab on your letterboard and carefully place bow on tab in the desired direction. A small amount of removable tape can also be used to adhere bow to a letterboard frame, tiered tray or other objects.

Q: My package was marked delivered but is not in my mailbox/cannot find it.

Q: My package is lost in the mail or tracking has stopped.
A This is a frustrating part of dealing with USPS and sometimes happens. Please understand that once your package is in the hands of USPS we have no control over it. We cannot see any more information through tracking than you can. Reach out directly to your local post office and see if they can locate it via the tracking number. If your package is truly lost then we recommend opening a case with USPS. Also, please contact us to let us know your package was lost and we will work with you to get a replacement sent.
