Lemon Ginger Fusion Caramel Bar :

Experience the delicate blend of spice and sweetness with our lemon ginger caramel. Fresh ginger juice infuses the caramel with a rich, sweet, gingery caramel with lemon overtones.

As with all our confections, they are handcrafted using traditional French confectionery techniques; slow cooked in a copper kettle to develop a deep and rich flavor.

Each indulgent, hand-wrapped caramel bar is a quarter pound (4oz/113g) and are meant to be cut-to-size.

All our caramels are made, cut and packaged by hand. They are all natural with no additives or preservatives and are naturally gluten free.

INGREDIENTS
Heavy cream, cane sugar, glucose syrup, butter, crystallized ginger, ginger root puree, molasses, lemon zest, lemon oil, non-GMO soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract, sea salt

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
Kept at room temperature (72°F), the flavor of this caramel is optimal for 2-3 weeks. To maintain its flavor indefinitely, we recommend this caramel be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and/or frozen. Bring to room temperature (40 minutes) before consuming.

NUTRITION FACTS
All our products are made with non-GMO ingredients, are gluten free and no high-fructose corn syrup.

ALLERGY INFORMATION
All varieties of our caramels are made in a facility where nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs, dairy products are handled. Contains milk and soy.

We are not liable for products melting during shipping. We ship from Texas and due to temperature variations across the country out of our control, we cannot guarantee the status of chocolate/caramel products that are shipped during the warm months. We strongly advise our Thermal/cold pack option, which can be added as an variation in the drop-down box or purchased separately (Cool Shield Thermal Option).

All orders will be processed and shipped 2-5 business days from order placement via USPS Priority Mail. If you're concerned about time constraints, please message us. Estimated delivery time will be approximately 2-4 days (not guaranteed by USPS) for most cities in United State. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We sell perishable food products and unless are proven to be either lost, or arrive damaged or defective, all products from our Shoppy shop are sold on a non-returnable basis as these products are no longer resalable. Regarding shipping to the European Union, these non-returnable, perishable food products cannot be reused for health or hygiene reasons therefore qualify as a valid exception to the EU return policy.
